Introduction

Tom Strawson Limited (“the Applicant”) is proposing the development of Land to the West of Great Coates Road, Healing, DN41 7QW. The proposed development comprises four retail units, one of which is to be occupied by the Lincolnshire Co-operative, and also around 7 to 8 residential dwellings.

Proposed small scale development of retail units and new homes in Healing

  • The proposed development comprises four retail units, one of which is to be occupied by the Lincolnshire Co-op, and also around 7 to 8 residential dwellings.
 
  • The proposed development will retain existing trees fronting the road and provide substantial new landscaping and habitat creation in recognition of the edge of village location.
  • The proposed co-op would offer a wide range of convenience goods including meal solutions, food to go, fruit and veg, chilled beers and wines, freshly baked bread, locally sourced products and much more.

  • A new pedestrian crossing point will be provided across Great Coates Road to ensure safe access on foot.
